Watching the various Set teams at work was fascinating. For some it was really a team effort – for others one person dominated. Some of the best ideas were ignored, but other individuals were listened to. The task: to build a catapult that would knock over some cups. Every Set managed to build a catapult and each managed to fire three projectiles (ping pong balls). Three Sets had a pretty good attempt, three were hopeless, but only one Set hit the target. Points were given for teamwork, design and accuracy. The results will be announced in the next Assembly. Well done to all who participated and to Mr Iqbal for organising the challenge.
