This was the 10 year anniversary of Lockers Got Talent and it didn’t disappoint! As well as some old favourites – Nihal & friends recreated the very famous hot dog eating challenge first done by his brother Karamvir (now at Cambridge). As always it was a truly disgusting sight, with only a modicum of talent. Hats off to those who were brave enough to get on the stage for the first time, especially some of the younger performers. There were also new acts – singing in Welsh – well done Dylan who sang the Welsh National Anthem and was the overall winner. The Year 8 band continued to impress and could easily have taken top spot. Another favourite was Logan with his magic – how on earth did he do it? Very many thanks to our compere who organised the acts, Mr C. Phillips, to Mr Shaw and his team of technicians for the sound and light and to our judges, Mr Erskine-Naylor, Mrs Edmunds and Mr Doyle who had a very difficult task of commenting and judging each act. All in all another memorable night at Lockers Park.
Life is always busy at Lockers Park and this is a snapshot of everything that has been going on.
