Paradise Park

The Pre-Prep enjoyed their first school trip of the academic year yesterday! We had a fantastic day out at Paradise Wildlife Park. We began the day by exploring the woods where life-size dinosaurs were hiding- the teachers were rather scared but fortunately the children were very brave! We then took part in a workshop all about the rainforest- Amy, the Education Officer who took the workshop was very impressed with our children’s knowledge. Then it was the most important part of the day…..lunch! After refuelling we made our way to the zoo where we saw zebras, penguins, snakes and very noisy lions to name but a few. We then enjoyed another workshop all about animal conservation which ended our day. We have since received a lovely email from the team at Paradise Park who commented on how well behaved and respectful the children were throughout their visit. This was especially lovely to hear as the Year 1 and 2 children are just settling into their new year groups and the Reception children have only just started their school life with us!
