We have been celebrating the joy of Mathematics in school this week. In addition to the puzzle set for parents on the Lockers Week, there have been puzzles and problems set for the boys in the Boys’ Hall each day. We held two set Maths competitions – one junior and one senior – on Tuesday afternoon which were keenly contested by teams of boys in the Prep School. In addition to this, every child in the school had an opportunity to win a prize if they met the challenge set by their Maths teacher for the week. Finally, Year 7 gave an entertaining presentation to the school in Maths Week assembly on Thursday, during which the prize draws took place and the set competition results were announced.
Life is always busy at Lockers Park and this is a snapshot of everything that has been going on.
